Get it right the first time, and every time

This ethos has to be prevalent from the initial architecture design, through to intelligent system design, performance and capacity management.

At the very beginning of the relationship, adapt will conduct in-depth analysis of both the intended end service and the customer's existing infrastructure. This analysis facilitates the necessary attention to detail to create an accurate and executable service delivery plan.

adapt’s business goal is to ensure customer satisfaction over all phases of the service delivery life cycle; this is achieved by ensuring a technically excellent, flexible and proactive approach to the management of the infrastructure. Doing so will establish adapt as a trusted partner and lays the foundation for future growth.

Visibility of the services being delivered, combined with real-time feedback on performance and availability, ensures that adapt hits its agreed SLAs. This can be achieved by several means; adapt’s portal, discussion with your Account Manager, Technical Account Manager or Service Delivery Manager – however, a monthly Service Delivery report will capture the customer agreed service metrics which is used as the agenda for the monthly Service Delivery meeting.

This enables adapt customers to maximise the benefits of new technologies and gaining competitive advantage whilst maintaining realistic budget expense.
