Customers can raise incidents, change requests and log access requests to the data centre facilities through the Adapt Management Portal (aMP), which also records all Planned Maintenance Announcements.
Our Intelligent Hands service means that if you cannot get to your equipment for any reason, our skilled engineers can perform tasks on your behalf, such as checking cables and physically powering down devices for your peace of mind.
An appointed Service Delivery Manager will be your main point of contact for service delivery matters. Incidents and requests are logged through the aMP and your Service Delivery Manager will additionally provide regular progress updates to keep communication running smoothly.
