Adapt supports the full range of server and storage platforms, keeping operating systems and hardware tuned and patched to maximise availability, efficiency, security and performance.

We offer customised management services up to the operating system level, including proactive support, comprehensive server monitoring, hardware and resource trend reporting, hardware repair, operating system patch monitoring, alerting and installation services.

Adapt infrastructure management services are designed to enable customers to move at their own pace away from legacy systems towards a more standardised, efficient service-oriented model.

Data Management

The most important aspect of any managed IT service is the integrity and protection of customer data. Adapt’s backup and recovery solutions are designed with customers to ensure data is always available 24/7, often extending into broader services that include archiving to reduce storage footprint and increase compliance and data accessibility.

Increasingly, customers require specialist help around the database layer and key application support. Adapt’s Database Management team deliver database tuning and performance optimisation services, performing the necessary work to ensure that the dynamic needs of a customer’s application environment can always be met.
