Our proprietary, interactive service management tool

As an integral part of every Managed Services agreement, Adapt customers are provided with access to our unique service management portal. Whether you simply wish to raise a Service Desk ticket online or monitor the performance of an interface, the aMP delivers a clear, detailed view of your IT estate whenever you need it.

More than just statistics

Generate meaningful business intelligence: model transactional processes and individual services across infrastructure components and monitor their performance from end to end. The aMP is designed to allow you to transparently and independently measure your Adapt Managed Service against agreed service levels.

Detailed real-time monitoring

The aMP enables full monitoring of devices down to individual interface level with access to real-time data relating to your network performance including:

  • Environmental monitoring (including temperature, power and security)
  • Server monitoring & performance (including CPU, memory & disk utilisation and network availability)
  • Hardware monitoring (including SAN infrastructure, disk and RAID arrays, CPU, memory & network cards, LAN switches, routers and other network peripherals)

Flexible, intuitive data analysis and reporting tools allow you to create and share custom views of your infrastructure with other departments (such as Finance and HR) and deliver proactive alerting to predefined user groups via multiple channels (SMS, email etc).

Interactive processes

Built on best-practice ITIL management processes, the aMP allows you to raise change requests and incident tickets online, view real-time engineer updates and enter your own notes along the path to resolution. The aMP’s integrated Change Control System enables you to measure progress against agreed service levels.

Document repository & inventory

The aMP stores a complete inventory of your IT assets by site for effective planning and budgeting. Your aMP account also provides access to Adapt’s integrated document storage system, where data centre images, Service Delivery reports, Disaster Recovery plans and all administrative documentation relating to your Adapt Managed Service are stored.

Role-based hierarchy

The aMP features role-based access security to ensure users are only able to view the areas of the portal that are appropriate to their role assignation.

Visual customisation

Accessible online or via mobile, the aMP is fully configurable to meet your requirements. The overall look and feel of the aMP can also be easily modified to reflect your corporate branding.
