The Adapt Management Portal (aMP) gives all our customers a transparent view of the service we are providing, delivering detailed information relating to assets under management, bandwidth utilisation and access to incident and change management processes. Communication circuits, network switches and firewalls can all be monitored via the aMP to ensure that system availability is maintained within agreed service levels.
Customers can also raise incidents, change requests and log access requests to the data centre facilities through the portal, where we also record all Planned Maintenance Announcements for your convenience.
Adapt offers straightforward advice relating to updates and security patch levels to maintain system integrity, tied in with our Planned Maintenance Announcements so you can be safe in the knowledge that the protection of your data and system infrastructure is assured.
