Desktop virtualisation is on the verge of becoming mainstream.  IT Managers now feel duty bound to at least consider it as an option when performing a hardware refresh.

Some organisations are attempting to run the projects in-house, but increasingly they turn to service providers who can host and manage the virtual infrastructure and network required to achieve desired outcomes.
