adapt provides key strategic data centre infrastructure for Global Leader in financial clearing in a contract worth over £2 million

LCH Clearnet, (London Clearing House) serves major international exchanges and platforms and required a datacentre infrastructure provider who could provide an environment that was both flexible and scalable.

The solution provided by adapt includes a custom built, high density private suite in addition to a suite of 1500 sq feet. What's more, adapt are also providing flexibility in the service and contract to give LCH peace of mind that as their business requirements change and scale, adapt can meet any increased demand for power with their unique guaranteed power reservation model - where LCH have "on demand power & cooling".

The challenge of this project was to design and build an environment that can work with current power and cooling requirements and react quickly to changes in power demands within the fast moving markets that LCH operate in.

The contract worth over £2 million has been provisioned with the guarantee of additional power & cooling on demand. The solution, forming one of the major cornerstones of LCH infrastructure integrates with other key infrastructure across Europe.

The contract included project management, design & consultancy services.
