Robins 2011 Competition T&Cs

Please read these competition rules carefully.

1. To be eligible to win Adapt's Raging Robins prize of £100 M&S vouchers and to enter the draw, you must:
   
   
   • Be aged 18 or over and
   • Have emailed marketing@adaptplc.com with the winning phrase revealed on completion of the fifth level of the Raging Robins game (available at: http://www.adaptplc.com/xmas/2011.html).
     
     
2. The closing date for email entry into the prize draw is 6pm, Friday 6th January 2012.


3. This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Adapt Group Ltd or any of its subsidiaries.


4. No purchase necessary. Entry into the competition prize draw is automatic providing you meet the criteria set out in item 1.


5. Adapt will select a winner at random from a list of persons who have emailed the correct phrase to the Marketing Department at Adapt (see 3. for the email address) before the closing date.


6. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.


7. You can find out who has won this competition retrospectively by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Adapt Robins Competition, New Broad Street House, 35 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1NH.


8. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Adapt may require.


9. The prize will not be transferable to another person.


10. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize.


11. Adapt will endeavour to contact the winner immediately once the draw is completed but cannot guarantee this delivery time. If a winner cannot be reached after 10 attempts via email, the draw will take place again.
